Shipping Guide

Your responsibility to ensure that:

  • You are required to measure home entryways, doorways, stairwells, halls, and corners to ensure the furniture will fit in the desired location. A 30% restocking fee will apply to merchandise returned for this reason, including any delivery fees.
  • You must protect your floors from damage by laying rugs, blankets, or cardboard before delivery. MONAVILLA is not responsible for damage to floors.
  • Orders canceled or rescheduled outside of the appropriate time frames will incur fees, including re-delivery fees, which may impact the delivery date.
  • An authorized adult (18+ with government-issued photo ID) must be present to accept delivery and sign the delivery ticket. If no authorized adult is present, you will be charged a rescheduling fee or, in the case of In-Home Delivery, your delivery may be changed to Ground Delivery.
  • If damages are discovered after delivery, contact Customer Service within 24 hours. We will not be responsible for damages or open-box items if reported later.

Please note the following:

  • Free Shipping may be available for selected areas.
  • Shipping and handling fees will be calculated during checkout based on your selection. Available shipping methods vary by destination.
  • Our standard order processing time is 2-5 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Unforeseen events and adverse weather may affect delivery timelines.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekends and public holidays do not count toward processing time.
  • Assembly services and packaging removal are not included unless stated and paid for.
  • Delivery teams are not allowed to remove, move, or stage existing furniture.
  • Delivery teams are not allowed to move or set up electrical equipment except for MONAVILLA-delivered equipment.
  • Delivery teams will not place rugs under existing furniture.
  • If assembly is selected, technicians will assemble items upon delivery.
  • The delivery area must be clear and safely accessible for delivery to occur.
  • An elevator is required if delivery is above two flights of stairs.
  • MONAVILLA reserves the right to send a technician to repair serviceable damage or defects found at the time of delivery.
  • Mattress removal is part of full-service delivery, but is not available in all markets and does not include disassembling bed frames.
  • MONAVILLA will not remove contaminated mattresses that pose a risk, including those that are stained, soiled, or wet.

We are unable to deliver to some restricted ZIP codes where ferry transportation is required.

 

Delivery Methods

 

Curbside Pickup

  • Pickup services are offered for furniture items that our team can safely transport.
  • You will pick up your furniture from our designated location in Irvine, CA 92614.
  • Pickup is by appointment only. We will notify you when your order is ready.
  • MONAVILLA associates are not permitted to assist with loading and securing merchandise in customer vehicles at our pick up location.
  • PLAN AHEAD: Bring help to lift and load your purchases and bring all materials to ensure your purchase is transported safely without damage.
  • A government-issued photo ID and signature are required.
  • The identification must match the name on the sales order. If someone else is picking up the merchandise for you, notify us of the name of the person in advance.

Local Delivery (Curbside Delivery)

  • Our delivery team will unload the items and place them at your front door. (Not inside delivery.)
  • You do not need to be home for the delivery, and a signature is not required.
  • Delivery will take place as long as the area is deemed secure.
  • Assembly service is not included.
  • No removal of boxes or debris.

In-Home Delivery

  • The delivery team will bring items inside and place them in the room of your choice.
  • Please contact us to reschedule your delivery in advance.
  • If no authorized adult is present, a rescheduling fee will apply.
  • A government-issued photo ID and signature are required upon delivery.
  • Assembly service is not included.
  • No removal of boxes or debris.

Ground Delivery

  • The carrier will lower the shipment to the ground at your location. (Not Inside Delivery)
  • Ground Delivery is available within the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Estimated delivery time (ETD) is 2-4 weeks, depending on the distance between the origin and destination.
  • The shipping company will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
  • Delivery times vary by region and service level.
  • A government-issued photo ID and signature are required.
  • Assembly service is not included.
  • No removal of boxes or debris.

White Glove Delivery

  • The delivery team will bring your items to your room of choice.
  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us in advance.
  • If no authorized adult is present, a rescheduling fee will apply.
  • A government-issued photo ID and signature are required.
  • Assembly service is included.
  • All boxes and debris will be removed.
