Our goal is to ensure every purchase feels like the perfect addition to your home. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help find a solution. Please review the details below to understand our return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Please note that shipping and handling costs, as well as a 30% restocking fee, will be deducted from the purchase price.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must:
    • Be in its original condition and packaging.
    • Not have been assembled, installed, or modified in any way.
    • Include all original components and materials.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or defect (see below).
  • Items offered with "free shipping" will have the actual outbound and inbound shipping costs deducted from the refund.

Return Process:

  • Items must be securely packed in their original packaging.
  • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Our team will assist with the next steps to ensure a smooth process.

Failure to Accept Delivery: If a delivery is refused or cannot be completed, the shipment will be returned to our distribution center. This will be treated as a cancellation, subject to a 30% restocking fee and applicable shipping costs both ways.

Assembly Fees: Assembly fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

To maintain efficient order processing, we allow cancellations within a limited window. Please review the guidelines below:

General Cancellations:

  • Orders may be canceled for any reason within 24 hours of placement without incurring restocking fees or shipping costs.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to round-trip shipping fees and a 30% restocking fee if the order has reached our distribution center or is in transit.

Backordered Items:

  • Orders for backordered items can be canceled before shipment but will incur a 5% processing fee.

Submitting a Cancellation Request:

  • Ensure all cancellations are confirmed in writing.
  • If we are unable to cancel your order as requested, you may return the product under our Return Policy.
  • Refunds for successful cancellations will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you notice damage or defects upon delivery, please follow these steps:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to our customer service team.
  • Document visible damage on the delivery receipt and take clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item(s).
  • Retain all original packaging and materials for inspection.

Replacement Process:

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will replace the damaged or defective item(s) free of charge.

  • If only a part of the item is defective, we may replace the part rather than the entire item, where applicable.

  • The replacement process may take some time. Thank you for your patience.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • The item(s) and original packaging must be kept until your claim is approved.

Non-Returnable & Special Order Items

Certain products, including custom-made or special-order items, are non-returnable and non-cancellable once the order is placed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and verified to meet the following criteria:

  • All original components and packaging are intact.
  • The item is unaltered, unused, and undamaged.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 2-10 business days after final approval.
  • Return shipping costs and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Mattresses & Foundations Return Policy

Mattresses, box springs, and other bedding products are not eligible for return. Please ensure you make your selection carefully.

Large Appliance & Furniture Return Policy

Large appliances and furniture may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item has not been installed or assembled.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • Any applicable manufacturer’s restocking fees will apply.

Inspection Before Installation:

  • Inspect the box for damage.
  • Verify the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
  • Remove packaging and inspect the item for any damage or defects.

Incorrect or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery. Inform the delivery representative and contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.

Important: Customers who sign for delivery without noting "damage" on the receipt assume responsibility for the condition of the merchandise.
