We are committed to the safety of our customers and employees as we navigate COVID-19. Therefore, we are temporarily pausing return pickups of large items in select areas. If you have any questions on whether your area has limited returns, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Return Policy

Our goal is for every purchase to feel like the perfect addition to your home. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to assist you in finding a solution.

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, refund, or store credit, with the exception of shipping and handling costs and a 30% restocking fee deducted from the purchase price. Please note the following important details:

   - Return shipping costs apply.
   - To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Assembled or modified products cannot be returned.
   - Please ensure that items to be returned are securely packed in their original packaging.
   - If you choose to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, and they will be more than happy to assist you.

      Failure to accept a delivery may result in the freight carrier or delivery company sending it back to our distribution center. A returned shipment will be treated as a cancellation, subject to an automatic 30% restocking fee, in addition to shipping costs both ways.

      If our product was offered with free shipping (in select areas), please be aware that if you return one of these items, our outbound and inbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

      Assembly fees are non-refundable.

      Cancellation Policy

      To maintain our commitment to efficient order processing, we have a limited window in which orders can be canceled. Orders may be canceled for any reason within 24 hours of placement without incurring restocking fees or delivery costs. Please contact Monavilla for cancellation requests via email or phone call, followed by an email to contact@monavilla.com or a call to +1 (818) 722-3060.

      Please follow the directions below to submit a cancellation request, and ensure that all cancellations are confirmed in writing. Once an order has reached our distribution center or is in transit with our suppliers, cancellation will be subject to round-trip shipping fees and a 30% restocking fee.

      When you place an order for an item that is currently on backorder, you acknowledge and accept that the product is not immediately available for shipment. If, after placing your order, you decide to cancel it before the backordered item is shipped, the 5% processing fee will still apply.

      Contact us to submit your cancellation request to our customer service department, please include your order number. If we did not receive an email request to cancel the order, your order will not be canceled.
      If we are unable to cancel your order as requested, you may return the product under our Return Policy.
      For successful cancellations, Monavilla will process refunds within 1-3 business days.

      Non-Returnable & Special Order

      Certain products available through Monavilla are custom-made or special order items. These items are non-returnable and non-cancellable once an order has been placed.

      Refunds

      Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be unaltered, unused, and undamaged, the refund credit process will begin.
      Customers will be refunded via the same method in which the item was purchased. Refunds are typically issued within 2-10 business days of final approval. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

      Mattresses & Foundations Return Policy

      Mattresses, box springs, and other bedding products are not eligible for return.

      Large Appliance & Furniture Return Policy

      You may return a large appliance within 30 days of delivery, provided it has not been installed or assembled and is returned in its original packaging. In some cases, a manufacturer's restocking fee may apply.

      Prior to installation, please carefully:

         - Inspect the box for damage.
         - Ensure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
         - Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance or furniture.

        If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the appliance or assembled furniture, it cannot be returned.

        Please Note: Customers who sign for delivery without notating "damage" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged.
